Payment & refund policy

Access costs R250 once-off in South African rand. There is no recurring subscription. Successful payment activates ongoing member access under the Terms of Use.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. Prep Your Meals does not store full card details. If payment succeeds but access does not activate, email support before attempting a second payment.

Refund requests submitted within seven calendar days after payment will ordinarily be approved after confirming the account and transaction, unless there is evidence of fraud, abuse, a duplicate prior refund or another lawful reason to decline the request.

After seven days, change-of-mind refunds are generally not provided, but genuine duplicate payments, unresolved access failures and rights provided by applicable law remain eligible for review.

Email support@prepyourmeals.co.za from the registered account email. Include your payment reference, payment date and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers, PINs or one-time passwords.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. Member access may be withdrawn once a full refund is issued.

Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable South African law.
