Terms of use

The service is operated in South Africa by Morne Visser, a sole proprietor trading as Prep Your Meals. Website: prepyourmeals.co.za. Support: support@prepyourmeals.co.za.

By creating an account, purchasing access or using the planner, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, Refund Policy and Nutrition & Safety Disclaimer. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

R250 is a once-off payment for ongoing access to the current Prep Your Meals service without a recurring subscription. Access is personal, non-transferable and linked to the registered email account. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as the service remains commercially operated, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Payments are processed by Paystack. Prep Your Meals does not receive or store full card details.

• Provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
• Do not share, resell, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse the service.
• Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Use the planner and prepare food responsibly.

The planner generates suggestions and estimates from user inputs. It is not a healthcare service and does not replace a registered dietitian or medical practitioner. The Nutrition & Safety Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available and accurate, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features, recipes and data sources may be improved or changed. Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated where reasonably possible.

The website design, planner logic, written recipes and original content belong to Prep Your Meals or its licensors. Your purchase grants a limited personal-use licence and does not transfer ownership.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prep Your Meals is not responsible for decisions made solely from estimated nutrition data, unsafe preparation, ignored product warnings or undisclosed medical needs. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

Access may be suspended for fraud, unlawful use, account sharing, attacks on the service or material breach of these Terms. This does not affect rights and remedies available under applicable law.
